Green Blouse, w/patterns design on sleeves

I purchased the blouse because of the sleeves (see picture), both sleeves have the same design. Got this at a sample sale, it does not have any tags telling me who made it. Worn once. The blouse is a Emerald green. Beautiful color!!!
