Adorable button-front corduroy fitted mini skirt. 97% cotton, 3% spandex gives the skirt great structure with a little stretch. Width at waist: 13.5" Length: 17" NOTE: Even though the skirt is size Medium, it is quite fitted. I'd say this would be more appropriate for someone who tends to wear size Small!
