St. Patrick's Day Feather Boa, Garters & Mesh Tutu Skirt - Green feather boa is 74.5" long - Small green tiered mesh tutu with elastic waist measures 12.5" waist laid flat & 11" long - Comes with a green and white elastic lace garters and green, white and orange fabric flowers - Skirt lining has a few ink stains and a small tear at the edge as shown in photos but they are not visible since they are covered by the mesh.
