It's very stretchy. I'm pretty sure it's off the shoulder. So it doesn't show very well with my armless mannequin. Underarm to underarm is approx. 10" unstretched to approx. 19" stretched all the way. Center front to bottom is approx. 12.5". I think there's a spot. I've included a picture with the chopstick. I'm not consistent capturing colors. Please ask questions.
