Green Floral Skirt/Dress

NWOT!!! This piece is versatile in that it can be worn as a maxi skirt or a dress. As you can see, it does not look good on me as a dress, but for someone less endowed, it would be adorable! The piece has no tag, but is very stretchy at the top. I believe it is either straight cotton or a cotton blend. My assumption is it's a one size fits all deal (or most I should say).
