Altho the tags say size 10, this runs small and would better fit a size 8. The dress measurements are Bust 38" Waist 29" Hips 40". The waist & bust can fit a couple inches larger due to the corset back, but the mini skirt underneath is very fitted at the hips.
Included are the optional spaghetti straps and modesty panel. It has never been worn, still has the designer tags and has been hanging in a bag our unsold gowns room. The gems are tight.

@livvylat Yes!!! That is what is awesome about corset style gowns. I have it pulled pretty tight here, because my mannequin measures around 36".
You can definitely pull it tighter! The secret is that once you get it laced, have the wearer put their arms straight up in the air. then tighten it a little more.
When you lift your arms up you get smaller and when you drop them down you have a nice snug fit.
