Great for business or a daytime wedding. Thick fabric in between scuba and more traditional sheath dress fabric. Stretchy but structured. Fits more like a size 4, but definitely also could work for size 2. Slightly open neckline, seaming but no pockets. Color very hard to photo. It is a true grassy green as the shirt is (shirt only for color match!)
