This is a green and white stretch mini dress. It was made in Hawaii by Manuheali'i. The fabric is Rayon and Spandex. The sleeves are long and tight, stretchy. This is a body hugging dress, a bodycon with room in the bust and waist areas. It was made in the USA. The large hibiscus flowers are all over the dress and the makers Logo is hiding on some of the flowers. It is a womens size Small. Wear it to a luau. MEASUREMENTS across the back when laying flat: There is stretch to this fabric. From underarm seam to underarm seam = approx. 22" So a size 34 or larger bust Waist = approx 18" flat or 25" or larger around Hips = approx 17" flat that fits my models 35" hips Length from shoulder seam to hem = approx 32" and it will shorten as you put it on to become a Mini dress. I have described it to the best of my ability. There is a pleasing fragrance that the shop I got it at sprayed on all their clothing. It doesn't affect the clothing, only gives it a pleasant fragrance when you open the package.
