I bought a few pairs of these lounge pants from a friend of mine who sells handmade goods that are sourced from villages in Nepal. The tags say cotton, but I've been reassured that all of the garments are made of only organically grown cotton or organically crafted wool. They are "free size", but I would consider them a size S/M just based on how the waist feels. They do have an elastic waistband with a drawstring, but the elastic is a bit tough and I feel like if it were stretched around the waist too much it wouldn't be very comfortable so I wouldn't recommend them for anyone above a size large. I haven't actually worn any of these pants but I did give them an initial wash in a scent free natural detergent.
