Green Pleated V Neck Vintage Style Dress

I purchased this as a 2XL because that's what I usually wear but it is too small for me. It is a size 14. It's brand new, taken from the packaging though (it didn't have actual tags). Super cute and I'm so disappointed that I can't wear it.
