Green Polka Dot Tie Blouse

Green top with tie around the waistband. The fabric makes a small square polka dot design, it's very subtle. Gathered at the front neckline with flouncy sleeves. 100% polyester. The first image best captures the color, it's a green with just a hint of blue. Excellent condition!
