NWOT, I cannot wear this style. Got it off Amazon, made in China, PERFECT for the holidays, gorgeous green satin A-line skirt with fully elastic waist. Not lined but not see-through. Measures 32” long, hips ~19”. Non-smoking home, ask me questions, and thanks for looking!
