Green Smocked Midi

Worn once - EUC. Gorgeous midi dress from petal + pup with puffy sleeves that can be worn on or off the shoulder. Smocked all the way through the fitted bodice. It’s a dark sage color with purple floral print. I wore this for my baby shower!
