Green Spense midi tie back dress sz 2

This is a little more muted than Kelly green, midi length with a tie back, cinched waist, and mini ruffle sleeves from Spense in size 2. You can see at the bottom it has a very subtle high low hem, but I couldn’t really tell when I put it on. Offers accepted
