Green Strapless Dress

Strapless dress with gathered fabric at the top and tie around the waste. I would say this is a bright light, green l. Maybe a shade of sea foam but too green for Turqouise. Size large - but probably closer to a small medium. I am 5’3 and typically wear a small. Worn once to a wedding. Great for prom or wedding season
