I bought this dress around 2010 and loved wearing it during the summer. The straps can be made as a halter, or criss cross-- however you like it!
While the piece is comfortable, I no longer fit into it. Plus, I need to downsize my closet. Please see pics for condition. Happy Poshing!

@jschelble No, they're water marks. The dress had been in storage for such a long time, so I needed to spot clean it. I should have allowed it to dry.
