Green dress with black accents is a fun, and classy style. Has shoulder pads and has Shoulder straps with black stripes ad button. Front has pretty black embroidered monogram on a patch pocket. 4 front buttons are hidden by a cover pleat with a black accent button at top. Collar also has black strip accent. Waist is gathered for a full skirt. Same fabric belt is 3 inches wide. Sleeves are 3/4 length with cuff with black stripe accent. Fabric is acetate and rayon and can be gentle washed.
