Green Turquoise Ring

Vintage green genuine turquoise & sterling silver ring. Trillion shape with filigree design around the sides. I’m selling some of my mom’s Fine Jewelry collection but don’t know a lot about jewelry. I do know it’s a genuine stone, sterling & from QVC. I don’t know if the stone has had any treatment done to it. Some wear on inside of band under magnifier, otherwise great condition.
