Green Yellow Wind Breaker Unisex Small Vintage made in Turkey Zip Up 90s

Green and Yellow, reminds me of the color of the Brazil flag. Purchased at a vintage store in Turkey, label says made in Turkey. I'm assuming that it's a poly blend but there are no tags saying what the material is. Assuming it's a childs XL but would fit a womens small. As noted in photos the lapels are not connected to the jacket but it's not noticeable when worn. I laundered it in cold water with minimal detergent and hung to dry but would be happy to wash again before shipping. Let me know if you have any other questions :) thank you!
