@souslesoleil hey there! Sorry for the late reply, I was on vacation. The measurements for straight across the top is 14 inches making it 28 inches all the way around. However the back half of the top waist band is elastic so if it needs to be larger it can. I’ve tried stretching and measuring again and it seems to add about 4 extra inches.
