@dalianaaa they're in the waist area. Maybe an inch or so was brought in but it was hand stitched so I can absolutely take it out before sending if you're interested

It's navy and the green is more of a bright almost lime green. It was hard to capture the true color without having studio lights. I can't guarantee that I'll be able to mail it tomorrow but I can definitely have it sent within two days.
