This flowy long floral dress is perfect for summer! It has a tiered pleated look and elastic waist band. The material is light but not entirely see through, and bunches well together that wearing a slip dress underneath isnt necessary. - NOT OLD NAVY, but gives a similar impression - no tags unfortunately but fits best as a small-medium - hits ankles on me being 5’3”
