Green and black chevron dress

Green and black chevron dress with black trim at the neckline and waistline. Has a scoop neck with a notch in the front (v neck?). Hits a couple inches above the knee (I’m 5’5”). It fits like a 6-8, definitely feels smaller than a 10. Only worn once or twice.
