Green and white strapless dress

White lace top with collar-like design (cotton). Dark green bottom (polyester). Zip in the back with adjustable thin brown leather belt with a bow in the front (can be removed). The dress has 2 loops on either side. Rubber inside the top to keep from falling. Cute to wear at a formal event with a jacket or to a family party! Worn once- in perfect condition.
