Green, blue, teal paisley print cut out dress

Mint, teal, white, lime cut out dress. It has never been worn and still has the tags on it. Shoulder to hem is approx 32” - sleeve from shoulder to cuff is approx 24”. The dress is fully lined on the bottom. I believe it is made of polyester. It is a bright, stunning dress. You could wear it to a summer party or out on the town.
