Green chiffon mini dress

Super fun chiffon dress! I wore it once to a birthday dinner and it's been hanging in my closet ever since, I feel it's a little long on me but that's because I'm 5 feet tall haha! Cute ruffles that run down the length of the dress on either side. Very easy to dress it up or down! In perfect condition!
