Green chiffon-like sleeveless blouse

A pretty, elegant green chiffon-like blouse with what I'd call, flutters, at the arms, but no sleeves. I say chiffon-like because I don't know exactly the material. It's halfway button up with frill trim along the bodice. I'm not exactly sure what 46 means, but it fits me loosely as a S-M. It's in pretty great condition, with the only flaw I can see being some little threads sticking out sparsely. It has some cool accents like belt loops at the midriff area and a partial zipper on the side.
