This is a lightweight, fresh, laser-cut green dress from Forever 21. It's really pretty on the hanger and on! It has a draw string around the elastic waist, & adjustable spaghetti straps. It's length is barely below the knee (for a 5'4" person) but the cut outs start a little bit below mid thigh.

jadeviine @sfis1593 Hi! The bust measurements vary bc of the elastic waistband but can stretch to approximately 37". The length of the dress from top to bottom is 36". The liner in the inside is 24" in length from top to bottom. The cut outs start at 26" down in length all the way to the 35" mark. (the liner is 2" shorter than the cutouts details) The waist can stretch up to approximately 38". Hope this helps!
