Green dress with white stripes

I bought this for a beach vacation and didn’t have a chance to wear it. I did remove the tags, but it was never worn. Approximate measurements with dress laying flat: Armpit to armpit: 19 inches Top to cleavage: 8.5 inches Waist (laying flat and has elastic-measurement taken without elastic stretched): 16 inches Shoulder to end of sleeve: 9 inches Top of dress to hem: 35 inches
