Green one shoulder Intermix dress NWT

NWT green one shoulder Intermix dress. Comes with tie around belt. The sting that holds that belt in place became unattached near the side zipper, & fabric is fraying in that area near the bottom of the zipper. Not quite sure how that happened since its never been worn, but a seamstress could probably easily repair it. Damage is shown in 2nd picture.
