Green peplum dress prom

NWOT emerald green dress (color would not come through well in photos)- shown most accurately in photo of tag. Black mesh with polka dots on neckline with keyhole back. Has thread belt loops (easily removed) but I don't know what happened to the belt. Never worn! Peplum style. Falls at knee. Kept in garment bag (not included) ✔️negotiations
