Green puffer coat

Army green puffer coat. I am upgraded to a more water resistant, slightly larger coat. I am 5’4” and this hits just above my knees. 32D chest and this is just a tad snug in the chest. It does zip up for me, but I can’t wear too thick a layer underneath. Just something to keep in mind with sizing. It does get wet, but dries quickly in rain. Water has never soaked through on me though.
