Green scallop dress

This green dress features a sweet scalloped hemline and cutouts along the neckline and hemline. It’s hits just above my knees (I’m 5’4”). The waist is cinched making it flattering and it’s very lightweight making it perfect for a summer wedding. I wore this maybe 3 times.
