Green velvet parade/dance/costume dress

Green velvet, white feathers. The sleeves rest right on the edge of your shoulder, but you could probably wear it completely off the shoulder. I've worn it twice. The feathers shed. It makes a great talent show dress, dance costume, theater costume, or Halloween costume. Comes with a string of extra feathers that I wrapped around my dance bun.
