Green, white, and black Vintage or vintage look Shelby & Palmer side tie dress

This adorable dress I bought used in hopes of fitting into it one of these days, but never did. It has no stains or discoloration and is in very good condition. I am not sure if it is true vintage or just looks it, but the stripe seems like the 60's to me. It is fairly wrinkle resistant. Dress is 95% polyester and 5% spandex. Size S and true to size.
