This is a beautiful and unique Gretchen Scott Maxi dress in Blue with multi colored leaves, flowers, birds, and butterflies. I bought this dress when I was on vacation in South Carolina and needed a dress for dinner but we didn’t have time to go back to our hotel. I went to a Gretchen Scott boutique. I only wore the dress for a few hours that day and wore it one other time for an hour. It is practically brand new. It is washed for purchase. It has a long ruffle around the neckline. You can wear it on or off the shoulder. It has a long belt that you can tie anywhere at the waist, in the middle, on the side, or in the back. You can tie it in a knot so it’s longer or in a bow. The waist is elastic. I cut out the little strings to hold on the belt because they weren’t necessary and I didn’t want them to show. The dress is fully lined. The belt stays on just fine without them. It’s hard to show the dress in the photos because it has so much detail. It’s best to zoom in on the pictures so that you can see the print.
