This is a very lightly worn seersucker blouse from Gretchen Scott. It is 100% cotton broadcloth with a very soft hand. It is NOT textured seersucker. It goes with about anything! White shorts (throw in some red accesories for the 4th), the sleeves have such feminine and lovely cuffs. I just realized it is missing the bottom button. It is a about a $200 barely worn blouse. I believe it warrants a .$1.00 repair (or less). I don't own a button and I am out of town. This is a great alternative to a white top as seersucker is almost a neutral for Spring and Summer.
