What is waist measurement when stretched?

I’m prepared to buy after confirming waist measurement, please. At 14.5” in your description am assuming 29” without any stretch. Can you please advise as to the waist measurement given the underlying elastic? For example, is 32-33” realistic which is my experience with Eskandar size 1 pant. Thank you.

@lakewood2007 14.5-15 aka 29/30 without stretch, and maximum stretch up to 32/33. As mentioned in post; the elastic is slightly loose, though there is still a stretch. That is why it is priced as it is. Major discount for both pieces
