@katiejparsons hi yes! Sorry for the delay. If the shoulder portion is not folded then it is 28” from top to bottom seam. I also measure when you add the shoulder fold and it is approx 23” from top to bottom, but that shoulder fold is adjustable, i.e you can fold to shoulder more shoulder/neckline or show less. I’ve added pictures too!

@katiejparsons no worries at all! It’s 18.5” at the top (shoulder) and at the bottom hem. It’s a pretty stretchy material too
