Grey State Tiered Black Dress 3 L 3/4 Sleeve Casual Lightweight 100% Cotton Boho

This is a great dress that you can easily dress up or down. Wear with just sandals or pair with heels and add a belt to cinch in the waist. It's lightweight and tiered and while the fabric does wrinkle, because of the way the tiers are sewn, it's not going to really look bad even if it wrinkles a little, which makes it ideal for traveling. It is in excellent, pre-owned condition. It's marked as a size 3, but definitely isn't a juniors' 3, so I'm guessing it's the equivalent of a size L (see measurements below). 100% cotton. Machine wash cold, gentle cycle. Measurements are approximate.
