Does your dress have a slight stretch to it?When you have time, would you please measure how wide the upper arm is. I noticed my upper arms have some extra arm hanging underneath. Thanks

@jeannakeilani shoulder to cuff laying flat is 18”. The sleeves around the armpits is 15”. The cuffs is 10” around. It does have a bit of a stretch on the armpit part but the sleeves itself fits the arms. Cuff to pit is 12”.
