Grey UNIQLO Long Sleeve Rain Coat Pre Owned

This jacket sparkles a bit silver and is a bit darker than what is shown in the photos. The jacket is closer to a grey color but in the photo it is shown as a silver color. This jacket does protect against rain and I can't remember if this is water resistant or water proof or not.
