Grey Wool Asymmetric Artsy Tank Dress XS Lagenlook

Very unique dress and brand. Sleeveless maxi dress with stretchy, soft black lining and grey ruffle-edge overlay. No size or fabric tag, but this definitely feels like wool or wool blend (or otherwise an excellent faux-wool acrylic)- but my best guess based on texture is it’s a high percentage of actual wool. “Clothespin” appears to be a boutique brand from the 1990’s… when I was searching in the seams for a fabric or size tag, instead I found a handwritten small piece of paper that is pinned to the seam that says “NY FALL ‘99”. I love speculating on the history of this dress! I could definitely imagine the former owner galavanting about NYC in this fashionable garment. Size is approximately XS or Small. It has an asymmetric slope to the ruffled edges and the look of a wrap front. Lining is attached. Very drapey and flowy! Fabric is stretchy, so the sizing has a bit of a range to it. Bust = 30-34” Length = 53”
