misty_pearl @ambybeth ok this is 31 inches long. It also has pockets which is cute. You could wear this as a tunic top with leggings or skinny jeans, or a mini dress

misty_pearl Hi. I am 5’3” and weigh about 122. I usually wear a 4P. Both the small and medium fit. I would not wear this as a dress - too short. It is adorable as a tunic top and it has pockets. For me, I liked the medium just because it was roomier but the small was not tight and it did not pull anywhere. Small bust is 18.75” laying flat and length is 30.5”. Medium - bust is 19.5 and length is 31”
