Grey dress, brand new, barely worn

Formal grey dress. It was only worn once to a work event. I'm 5' 4", the dress fall right at my knees. The front and back look the same except the grey strap on top on the back. It has bell sleeves that tighten at the wrist. It comes with a belt.
