Grey heavyweight Suit Jacket blazer in grey plaid - H&M

Ive owned this a long while, but have too many blazers. It’s a great tailored blazer in a heavier soft wool-like material. There’s a close up of the pattern which is really sharp. Jacket has single vent in back and two inner pockets, silky lining. The size tags been removed but I remember it being a small.
