Grey peplum dress with neon pink belt

This was very stylish circa 2012. Peplum dress, very professional looking but with the fun pop of neon hot pink in the skinny patent leather look belt with small loops still intact. Sleeves slightly above the elbow, pencil skirt hemline below the knee.
