Grey summer romper with waist band

This is the best summer romper! It is super light material and perfect if you live in a warm place or are headed on a trip. The red, white, and blue waist band is so cute and would make this the perfect Fourth of July outfit! It’s an extra small but it’s stretchy so could fit as a small also. (My sister who is an xs has worn it and I, a small, can also wear)
