Grey tunic with black stripes size small

This is a Forever 21 top. The material is 94% polyester 6% spandex. It feels like a t-shirt, but stretchier. It has a wide neckline and batwing sleeves. It's a little long with a tie around the waist and loops on the sides to keep it in place. It is very flattering. This top is in excellent pre-loved condition.
