Grey/Blue lightweight soft summer dress! Stretchy back

EUC, so so comfortable, soft, and versatile. This dress has a stretchy elastic panel in the back so it will fit nicely. Belt included, loops intact (I never wore the belt). Purchased from Kohl’s.
